sou’s coffee roastery（3/20 OPEN）

Hello. Sou’s Coffee Roastery, located next to sou’s minka Luru, will open on March 20th. We are steadily making preparations so that you can spend a relaxing time here.

The location where Sou’s Coffee Roastery is located was originally a greengrocer beloved by the locals. We’ve installed a counter, leaving the earthen floor and tatami room of the townhouse intact. We’ve equipped it with an espresso machine and roaster. We hope it will once again become a hub where people can gather. That’s what we’re preparing for.

sou’s hospitality

“Sou” means to think, create, and share. We want to be there for small children and customers with children. We offer a wide range of services, including private rooms and kids’ drinks, so that everyone can enjoy their coffee time without any worries.

We plan to update our menu from time to time. Please wait a little while longer. We look forward to seeing you.
